Qualisys® SpectroQuest is a system designed to acquire and analyze information obtained from chemical or spectral analyses from laboratory samples. In this case, the unit of information is the result of such analyses, which indicates the composition of each sample. This software package is able to acquire sample composition data, classify the samples according to their composition, store the data in a historical database and distribute this information throughout an industrial plant in order to allow real-time monitoring as well as providing historical and statistical information.

Using SpectoQuest, you will be able to configure rules for sample classification according to their composition, and later obtain different reports and evolution graphs depending on the defined classification. Although this software was specially designed to work with a spectrometer, its flexible architecture makes it able to obtain data from any composition analyzer or similar device. Qualisys®PowerQuest is a software package used to control and supervise electricity network parameters such as potential difference, current intensity, THD, etc. Power Quest is capable of monitoring dozens of parameters in real-time, and having a historical database of their values. Its tools of historical and statistical analysis allow the user to obtain several graphs and reports from any workstation inside the industrial plant, oriented to analyze historical and immediate information to enable the process optimization and decision making.

Qualisys®PowerQuest includes an OPC Server that allows other applications to access its data via OPC, can be extended to work in communication with other applications using other protocols. Qualisys®PyroQuest is a system that assists quality control in high-temperature industrial furnaces. It obtains temperature data from furnaces, and distributes those data throughout the industrial site in real-time. The acquired data are stored in a historical database and you will be able to analyze them statistically, visualize evolution graphs and print reports anywhere within the plant at any time. This package includes an OPC server that enables other applications to access its data via the OPC industrial standard, and it can be extended to support other protocols.
