Data acquisition, storage and notification sub-system
Qualisys®LogicLab stores the registered information of each of the sensors and devices in a centralized database. These sensors can be placed in different buildings, sectors, or even different plants, if there is an Ethernet network infrastructure that connects them. Qualisys®LogicLab counts with an acquisition module that receives through a wired or wireless network the information from the data collector units, to store it in a transactional and centralized database. The other modules take the necessary information to work from this module. Acquisition data parameters such as margin of error or sampling rate are completely configurable.
Qualisys®LogicLab counts with a sub-system to notify the equipment supervisor. Its features are:
• E-mail sending to all supervisors in charge of the equipment.
• Telephone call.
• SMS.
• Alarm with configurable sound.
Qualisys® LogicOnLine is a real-time application that displays the current values registered by sensors or other devices in different equipment. The system enables you to select which sensor you want to monitor and visualize the information individually. Besides, all the data from the last few days is displayed, and this information is updated while samples are received.
With Qualisys® LogicOnLine it is possible to visualize the current values of the sensors installed in the system, from any workstation or computer in your plant or lab. An upgrade of this system enables you to visualize these data from internet and even from your cell-phone, allowing you to be in control even outside the laboratory.
Statistical analysis and information exportation sub-system - Qualisys® LogicTrend
Qualisys® LogicTrend is the module that enables you to carry out statistical analyses of the information stored in the historical database, visualizing averages, deviations, variations, maximum and minimum values, among other statistics.
It presents both detailed and summarized reports of a previously selected data subset and also, evolution graphs. It counts with highly flexible information filters that allow you to select, for example, groups of variables or date ranges
Qualisys® LogicTrend capabilities are:
• Creates detailed or summarized statistical information
• Creates configurable reports
• Exports in standard formats such as xls or csv
• Allows usage of its reports by external applications
• Prints reports
• Sends reports by e-mail.
Qualisys® LogicLab also enables the configuration of the measuring units to be used in reports, the sensors involved and the range of date.
System's basic architecture
This architecture allows rapid expansion of the system because it can connect directly to information acquisition modules, to which sensors and devices are connected. The amount of possible sensors in the system is unlimited.
This architecture counts with a centralized database. The most basic architecture integrates Qualisys® LogicLab and the database in only one computer, which is directly connected to the device network and to your lab or plant network. In thes way, the modules can be executed from anywhere within the lab or plant without the need for a separate and independent database.
